Message	This is very common on the Z's. Mine does it too. As far as i know you do not have to have it replaced. It's harmless. One tranny plade told me it has to be done immediately and to not drive the car because i will ruin the transmission. Well i kept driving it, and now 15,000 miles later the noise for some reason is lesser, as in barely audible and the car drives the same.
